Zobeyni Mares

Narishka 1994
Ranadi - Nafranta by Manto

Narishka was my very first homebred foal.  Her dam, Nafranta, was purchased specifically to breed to the old bay stallion Ranadi, a grandson of Wardi who I was determined to use.  Thanks to Ranadi's owner Rose Ennik, this was arranged despite the fact that Ranadi ran out with his mares and Rose did not take visitors.

I ordered a bay filly please, with Nafranta's depth and lovely eye and Ranadi's bay/brown colour, distinctive desert dryness and style.  The bay filly duly arrived - although she did turn grey on me later. I was chasing the remnants of the type typified by Queen of Sheba via Naufal, grandsire of both Wardi and Ranadi's grandsire Oran.

Magic Chantress 2001
Klinta Nader - Cantata by Majal

Magic Chantress was bred from the loaned mare Cantata.  She is a classic combination of Ludo and Indian Magic on her dam's side combined with double Indian King on her sire's side - this has produced outstanding performance Arabians again and again. This is the Rissla branch of the Rodania strain and it is all about movement and athleticism.

Magic Chantress strongly shows the Indian King side of her breeding laced with a dash of Silver via Silver Vanity and Silver Shadow. I have high hopes of continuing to breed her to the established Crabbet movement lines.
